Associate Professor - Michigan State University
Roozbeh Dargazany is an associate professor at Michigan State University, leading a research group on Predicting Degradation mechanics and statistical Learning. His research mainly focuses on solid mechanics material modelling, aging, degradation, and Reliability of Soft Materials exposed to Harsh Environments such as extreme radiation, hot/wet condition, vibration and corrosive media. Dr. Dargazany’s research has been supported by over $3M funding from federal agencies, regional associations, and industrial powerhouses, such as Robert Bosch LLC, 3M Inc., and Parker-Lord chemicals. Before joining MSU, he served as a Reliability modelling Specialist at Continental AG after 2 years of postdoctoroal research on aging of polymers at MIT.
